Founded in 2007, Al Alfia is a leading Qatari-based investment holding Group, with a robust and diversified portfolio across key growth sectors and markets around the world. The Group is active in infrastructure, real estate, energy, hospitality, and communal development spaces, its direct and indirect investments covering a host of sub-sectors, specializations, and developments – including civil infrastructure, property development and construction, fit-out, facilities management, oil and gas, specialized manufacturing, financial services, education, and retail.

Al Alfia’s home base, the State of Qatar, has seen significant contributions from the Group, through the ongoing delivery of several successful developments including its own Dream lifestyle Hotel, Al Reem Gardens Compound and Yasmeen City projects, as well as 5-star hotel and high-rise developments for clients.
