Dubbed the “Independent Chocolate Factory”, Galler Chocolaterie started its journey in Liège, Belgium in 1976. Today, the global chocolatier employs artisans and individuals around the world that continue to innovate on their craft, producing quality chocolate in the greatest variety of formats and from fair trade sources only. Galler Chocolatier does not use palm oil or artificial flavors to craft its premium artisanal chocolate. With quality at the heart, the chocolatier’s production process begins with the selection of world-class raw materials – cacao and cocoa butter, natural vanilla, fresh raspberries, and sirop de Liège, among others. Each Galler product is designed with the utmost care, and each sweet creation has a clear identity: a shape, a texture and a taste of its own.
